RETURNS

Dirty Rocker's return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days pass since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

A receipt or proof of purchase will be required to complete your return.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Please contact us at dirtyrockersoap@gmail.com to initiate a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your refund is approved and processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received an approved refund, please follow these steps: 

1.Check your bank account again.

2.Contact your credit card company, it may take time before the refund is officially posted. 

3.Contact your bank. Often there is processing time before a refund is posted. 

4.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at dirtyrockersoap@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
